Simple breathing & Meditation technique

Breathing technique :-
Breathe in slowly and deeply through the nose to a count of 10,so that the abdomen expands but not the chest rise.Exhale through the nose, slowly and completely.Repeat 5-10 times.Counting through the each cycle in a concentrated way relaxes your mind.Repeat this several times a day.

Meditation technique :-
Wearing loose and comfortable clothing, sit comfortably upright in a pleasant place and closes your eyes.Breathe deeply from your abdomen.Imagine a radiation point of the light behind the forehead for 5 min.Think of this as outpouring of positive energy.Don't worry if thoughts also drifts across the mind, just let them pass.
